I work as HCA in a Dublin hospital.. We had an elderly resident who had all her rings gone to tight on her fingers. She was in pain.. Rings she's cherished including her wedding / engagement rings.. I decided to ring palmerstown jewellers to ask for help to see could they recommend anything we could do to remove the rings.. Dean answered.. He offered to come remove them.. When we asked the call out charge he replied I wouldn't charge.. Myself, the lady and her daughter were so shocked at deans kindness. he arrived to our ward at 7 o clock straight after work and with his two lovely boys.. He was so kind caring and gentle removing the lady's rings.. Dean u will never realise what u did today for that lady... It was great to witness such an act of kindness. the lady was saying thank you just as u left I don't think u heard her.. The world needs more decent caring people like you in the world.. Fabulous service. I needed to get both my platinum engagement and wedding rings sized down 1.5 sizes. I was originally attracted to this jeweller as they have a laser welder which leaves the jewellery super strong. I was delighted when they quoted me a very reasonable price (compared to other outrageous quotes I'd received by others!) And could also do the service on the same day so I wouldn't be with out my rings for WEEKS as was the case with competitors. Great value, great customer service and great quality - my rings fit perfectly now and no way of telling they've been resized. They cleaned and polished them too and tightened all the stones as part of the price. Amazing. Highly recommend!!!
